CrossFit (The Pack)

CrossFit sessions are designed around the Workout of the Day (or WOD) and include a focused warm up, high intensity workout, and ample cool down. CrossFit sessions (warm up, workout, cool down) last about one hour and are the “bread and butter” of CrossFit gyms everywhere. A trainer will work with each group of athletes from the beginning to end of each session.
