Fundamentals is the learning phase of CrossFit where each athlete is trained in the basic movements of CrossFit. Our initial training goal is for the safety of the athlete, which leads to greater movement efficiency and higher performance.
Our Fundamentals program begins with your initiation into Lake Hills CrossFit, where a coach will do an initial assessment of your skills and ability. The next phase of Fundamentals is a series of six lessons over the course of two weeks that will focus on the safe execution of basic CrossFit movements.
And finally, we will continue to work with you as you are introduced into our regular CrossFit classes.
The fact of the matter, all of our members are constantly working on fundamentals, so you fit right in!
