Personal Training

CrossFit is considered an alternative to personal training and a competitive/attractive value in that regard. CrossFit is small group training with an emphasis on community and learning of new skills. CrossFit is competitive either against personal benchmarks, or with other CrossFitters in the gym or internationally online.

We will provide limited personal training, but this will be focused on skills development rather than program replacement since we place a very high value on being a part of the Lake Hills CrossFit community.
